2 oz Supergay Vodka, 1/2 oz Ume Plum Liqueur, 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice, Sparkling Water, Lavender Sprig. Combine vodka and Plum Liqueur in a glass filled with ice, top with sparkling water, and stir gently. Garnish with a sprig of lavender.
