Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice (add egg white if desired for froth). Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an apple slice and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
2 oz Supergay Vodka, 1 oz Chinola Liqueur, 1/2 oz Lime Juice, 1/2 Vanilla Simple Syrup, 1 oz Sparkling Wine. Shake Vodka with passoã, lime juice, vanilla simple syrup & ice. Strain into glass and serve with sparkling wine on the side.
2 oz Supergay Vodka, 1 oz Lemon Juice, 1/2 oz Simple Syrup, 1/2 oz Blackberry Liqueur, Fresh Blackberries. Mix Vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass, then drizzle blackberry liqueur over the top. Garnish with fresh blackberries.
2 oz Supergay Vodka, 1 oz Lime Juice, 1.5 oz Green Apple Juice, Ginger Beer, Lime Wedge. Fill a glass with ice, add vodka and blue curaçao, and top with ginger beer. Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge.
