Infuse Vodka with Graza 'Drizzle' Olive Oil overnight in the freezer. Remove oil solids and strain with cheese cloth. Mix Vodka infused with olive oil, dry vermouth, and Dill Aquavit in a shaker with ice. Stir well, strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with an olive.
Char a grapefruit slice and squeeze the juice. Combine juice, vodka, and rosemary syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass over ice, top with tonic water. Garnish with a charred grapefruit slice and a sprig of rosemary.
Muddle a few thyme leaves, then add vodka, Oregon blackberry puree, thyme syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass over ice, top with soda water. Garnish with blackberries and a thyme sprig.
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice (add egg white if desired for froth). Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an apple slice and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
