Combine Vodka, lavender syrup, lemon juice, and crème de violette in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Char a grapefruit slice and squeeze the juice. Combine juice, vodka, and rosemary syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass over ice, top with tonic water. Garnish with a charred grapefruit slice and a sprig of rosemary.
Muddle a few thyme leaves, then add vodka, Oregon blackberry puree, thyme syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass over ice, top with soda water. Garnish with blackberries and a thyme sprig.
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice (add egg white if desired for froth). Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an apple slice and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
